My middle schooler is very smart. He takes high school courses in middle school and some of his teachers usually help him along the way. That was not the case this past year. One of his teachers was giving him a very hard time even stating that it was by accident he was in the advanced program. I tried to help him but nothing was working. So I sought the Lord asking what to do, what I heard kind of caught me off guard. I heard to pray them out of that position. So I asked the Lord to give me the words to pray. It came out like this, “Lord I thank you for allowing my son to be in this program. I ask that you remove this teacher from this position in Jesus name Amen.” While I was praying that pray-er, this same son got in trouble with another staff member at this same school. What was something simple was taken to district and I had to wait to see if he could get back into school. Now as I’m wait-ing for the other prayer to be answered, the Holy Spirit said, “I want you to pray that this staff mem-ber is removed as well.” Now this prayer came at the end of the school year for both situations and I was expecting for something to happen. My son would have had to take this same teacher again this year for another class and deal with the same staff member. However, the Lord saw fit to remove both people from their positions and now my son has a brand new teacher that actually helps and there is a new staff member. God cares about his children and when He gives you the words to pray, it may sound a little weird to you. Pray the words anyway because when God moves He provides a way for you.
